The By San Sebastian story began when Kate met Joff on a cool spring afternoon back in the 90′s… little did they know that one day they would be sitting down writing a story of how they created their own………
The creative pair spent long days scouring their city for new and inspiring ideas…. but what was needed? With a camera and notepad in tow, Joff took photos of street graffti and bill posters while Kate sat drinking her strong lattes doodling pictures and writing words.
It was after a long hot tiring day working in a little cafe they decided it was time to create a space for themsleves, they wanted somewhere they could hang out together, hang out with friends and meet new people, discussing, life, ideas, dreams and of course fashion. It was never about trying to be cool, it was about having fun with fun people and making good fashionable product available for anyone.
This little space is now known as By San Sebastian, it has become the place they dreamed of, where they made friends, enjoying long hot summery days and cold wintery mornings. Anybody and everybody came to hang out, all judgements and opinions put to rest, this is our place where everyone is equal….
